Final Balance due day which is 75 days prior to departure (charges may apply if airline tickets already issued). Cruise & Tour final balance due day is 125 days prior to departure. A valid passport copy must be provided at time of booking to ensure passenger names match with passports. Any spelling corrections made after a deposit is paid must be sent in writing and will incur additional fees, including any ticket reissue fees.
