The experience my wife and I had with dealing with FBI Travel (Tina) went above and beyond what we felt was expected of her. With working through on line bookings extra luggage allowance constant flight time changes (I’m a great bus driver.) With patience she walked us through a maze of issues that needed to be addressed. I truly believe that without her assistance we would still have eventually gotten there but I would have been a nervous wreck. Thank you Tina for all your help for we are now off to see our daughter and son in law and two beautiful granddaughters.
